MEV distribution is highly skewed

From the moment the user sends a transaction to when the transaction is included on-chain, MEV is extracted along the way. However, the current MEV distribution is highly skewed, with over 70% going to the validators, the remainder split amongst builders and searchers, and the users receiving 0%. This is not how it's supposed to be, as users are the ultimate origin of the transaction, and they should be receiving the majority of the MEV share.
